Professional team, always happy with their work

We've been using brightcomm since we started up our agency in 2017 as they have helped us with both client-side (previously Adexter) advertising & DSP management - now working directly w/ them! Amazing team who are open minded about their clients' requirements whilst always coming back from work wanting more challenges / feedback etc :) Their support was never lacking during my time at adexe so it would be easy going forward if you decide that your current account people aren't enough help or guidance over this stage where things start getting tricky!! 1. Helping run campaigns 2.- Support through out transition 3.

Pros

They're incredibly approachable, helpful yet very professional when needed to get stuff done quickly; I felt like someone's mum but not patronisingly which is really important for me personally..They keep an eye across all platforms too making sure everything stays organised& well managed within terms
