I love the Airmat privacy filter!I bought a 26" filter, but after putting it on I noticed bubbles all over the screen (similar to the ones you get when you put a screen protector on a phone or stick an e-reader). I contacted the company and they sent me another one (but in 25 inch because the 26 inch screen was too big for my 23.8 inch Windows 10 AIO. When I However, after installing the 25" screen, I still had blisters all over the place (even worse than with the 26". I thought it might have something to do with how as long as I let the screen and filter dry with an alcohol wipe after cleaning. When they dried overnight I reinstalled the 25" filter but the bubbles were still there. Then I remembered I have an Endust for Electronics cleaning spray. It's also an anti-static spray. I sprayed it on the screen and filter then wiped it off with a microfiber cloth. When I applied 25" for the third time, no bubbles! I contacted Airmat and told them the anti-static spray worked and they were happy. I also suggested including an anti-static wipe with the product instead of an alcohol wipe. They agreed and it will be available packaged soon. They also said I could return the 26" and keep the 25" and they would refund me the price difference. I love the customer support I received. They were very accommodating and patient in trying to fix the bladder issue. Incidentally, I received an email from the company saying that another customer had contacted them about a bladder problem. The customer service team suggested trying an anti-static spray and they fixed the problem right away. So if you have blisters after fitting ANY size filters (from Airmat or any other brand), DO NOT return the product. Just try spraying anti-static spray on the computer screen and the side of the filter that touches the screen. After reinstalling the filter, there should be no more bubbles.
