I have a 2003 Honda Accord EX-L V6. I'm not quite sure what the EX warnings are about models as it works well with my machine. All windows and locks work, I exchanged this master switch for one bought on eBay about 3 years ago. I have to agree with many others that the range with the remote control is not that good after setting this switch. . I replaced the old RF receiver with a new switch and reprogrammed my key fob and while it still works it has very poor range. I used to be able to open the trunk from over 30 feet from either side of the car, but now I have to be within 5 feet of the driver's door. The motherboard is very different from the circuit board of another switch I've bought. with eBay, so I suspect the problem has to do with that. Well at least Windows is working again, that was the main problem! Updated when the switch fails.
