Absolutely inconvenient to use. Rotates the handle to connect to the cold water tap. No one forgets to turn off the filter when you turn off the water with the handle, not the filter. Waste filtering almost every time. Two steps to turn on and two steps to turn off (if you remember to turn the filter back to the off position). The old model had a handle and spout on the sink for filtered water only. It is connected to the cold water inlet and exits the main water supply. Very unpleasant. Before ordering the product I asked the GE rep I spoke to if this new filter could be attached to my old grip as it was the same model a few years ago. She said yes, but my plumber said it wasn't possible due to the design. Not at all satisfied. The water quality is also bad.
