The durability of the protective coating is really good. There is no guilt at all. 90% of the screen is good. What is striking, however, is the 10% that are out of focus. Surrounding the fingerprint scanner is a highly visible circle that contains a sticky solution that connects to the screen. Initially, the sticky pad is incredibly noticeable no matter what you do, but after an hour or so it disappears and becomes unnoticeable. The circle around the fingerprint scanner is definitely visible all the time, which is why that obvious circle is in the middle of the bottom edge of the screen. The edges of the glass are also coated with a sticky solution to allow them to stay on the phone's screen. That's not a problem, but the transition between the sticky solution and regular glass is very noticeable. There is a line along the edges of the screen, which isn't usually a problem, but this line is on the visible parts of the screen. So there's a very visible line around your phone no matter what you do on it. These visual issues may not be a problem for some people, but they are for me. It's too distracting.
