Good quality, poorly thought out design.

Neatly thick glass. The design ruined it for me, the way it's shaped makes it terrible for water noise. If you don't want to hear splashes, don't get this design. The tube must be fully submerged in water to avoid making noise, but due to the drop and narrow exit you won't get any surface waves. The exit should be almost entirely out of the water to make the sound of the water somewhat bearable if you want surface roughness. I came to a different conclusion after the purchase.
