I ordered a size XL because I normally wear them at 5ft 6" and 170lbs. I'm size Large (L) and they fit me perfectly. PERFECT except they didn't hit my waist. They were a few (3-4) inches shorter than the waist. As I wear wool in winter to keep warm I sent them back. I can't stand an open back. and it's getting cold. With other reports of them being too big I expected the XL to be quite large but too loose. I like the feel of the weight and they don't itch at all. But if I try them on just once, they attracted nearby dust and hair with every bite. I reordered XL and am really disappointed with this company. There doesn't seem to be any size standardization. Size XL had narrower legs than Large and an even lower cut at the waist. was that the legs were longer - too long. On to my next, more expensive choice.
