This purchase is a replacement of another cart. I immediately noticed the much stronger and sturdier frame.My first use surprised me as to how well it was constructed. I also found that using all 4 wheels it was easy to push or pull.The base is similarly sized as my old one so it works well to hold my shopping bag. I am able to slip the 2nd handle of my shopping bag over the handle prior to it being extended.My old cart had a 2nd bar which made the attaching of the straps convenient. I had to play with how the straps should be secured a bit since this cart does not offer the extra bar. In the end I managed and was duly impressed.The straps (bungie type) appear to be very well made and have enough stretch in them to help secure my shopping bag nicely to the cart. A 2nd strap was included but as with my earlier cart (which provided the 2nd strap as well), I never found much use for it. Hopefully I will eventually discover a need and find the new strap included with this cart to meet my needs and expectations.As to replacing the straps/bungie cords I do have minor concerns--the manufacturer does not indicate if the bungie cord/straps can be replaced. Nor did I see any instruction on the 1 page insert about how to open the area that conceals the end of the bungie cord/strap securing it to the cart. Hopefully this is something I will not have to think about for a long time.I do hope that my feelings of satisfaction with both the cart and the straps (bungie cords) will continue.
