Review on πŸ“Ή URayCoder 4K UHD 4 Channels MPEG4 H.264 HDMI IP Video Streaming Encoder: Enhance Live Broadcasting with Versatile RTMP, IPTV, and More Protocols by Victor Rodriguez

Do not believe "etc. " in the list of logs.

I had high hopes for this. In an ad listing the types of video streams and protocols used by this device, the list ends with "etc" twice. I was hoping that it used uPnP/DLNA. My plan was to connect this device to two DVRs, one PC with iSpy and another PC with different videos. Then any TV in the house can watch uPnP/DLNA video streams to see my security cameras. Well, no luck. I emailed the seller explaining my intentions and asking how to setup this device for DLNA so that video streams can be viewed on Smart TV. Within 24 hours I received a reply explaining that I could run VLC on my Smart TV to stream from this device. Downloading the app and entering video streams every time I want to view cameras is not my dream. My goal was to be able to quickly view/get video feeds from the camera (let's say when I hear noise outside). I also have Android TV boxes that have camera software installed to view my cameras. Not that it's time consuming, but not what I'm looking for. I needed the ability to view video streams from the camera quickly and with a few clicks (as is possible with DLNA and Smart TV). If you are doing something other than H.264, H.265 or MP4 video. This block will not work for you. The supplied manual leaves a lot to be desired. Half explains how the network works and how to change the device's default IP address. The other half explains how to upload feeds to Facebook and YouTube. That's all. This device has hundreds of different settings, none of which are described in the manual. There is too much information about the IP setting in my opinion, which is pretty basic compared to all the video settings this device has. If you use H.264, H.265 or MP4 and are familiar with video protocols and various settings, this is probably for you. If you are new to video or have limited knowledge of video or need output other than H.264, H.265 or MP4, this device is not for you. I could install DLNA software on a PC, receive an RTSP stream from that device, and then convert it to a DLNA stream. but that's more than what i want to do. From the cameras to the NVR, to this device, to the PC and then to the TV. too much lag between what the camera caught and what was shown on TV.
