Hot/cold, needs to be held in place
When I'm using something with strong EMF from lithium battery by my head, I want to make sure it's amazing and worthwhile. This wasn't worth the risk for me, the heat and cool is nice but you have to hold the pods in place and there are other items I could use for heat and cool that would not expose my brain to possibly harmful magnetic fields.
