Review on 🌱 Hefty EcoSave Compostable Paper Straws: A Greener Alternative, 50 Count, White by Danny Zapata

So after being asked the burning question by younger family members as to why we still use plastic straws over paper straws (and I don't have a good answer got), I decided to try these paper straws. I've never been a huge fan of paper straws for two main reasons: they tended to crumble at the top after a relatively short drinking time, and they also turned to pulp, with scraps of paper becoming loose in the mouth. These Hefty straws don't have that problem and true to the Hefty name, this is a stronger and more durable paper straw. made from a different material. I personally think that was and still is the problem with the many paper straws. However, these hefty straws have a thicker wall that feels more compressed, giving the straws greater strength to prevent breaking during use, hold their shape and not break down into small, squishy bits of paper. Now I've found paper straws that I really like, are functional, good for the environment and feed my family's kids ;-)
