A little afraid to buy a product without reviews but I tried. The packaging is impressive, two-component foam, the screen is covered with a protective film. Almost what you would hope for. What you don't get are actual instructions, although they do include a card telling them to contact them if there's a problem. I haven't had any problems, but I've worked with PC/Electronics for many years. The connectors are tiny and mostly held in place by glue tabs, so this isn't a repair for the squeamish (or even old-eyed like mine). correct position on the back of the screen. Don't forget to scrape old tape off the case and remove the protective film from the screen before making the final attachment (after making sure everything works). This repair affected a broken glass pane on the digitizer. It cracked because my granddaughter handled it too roughly when opening/closing the screen. The hinges on this PC are very stiff compared to the screen's fragility.
