Review on Vornado CR1 0073 06 Small Whole Circulator by Roger Gibbs

I've had 3 of these in the last 15 years. I love her. They have great strength and can move a lot of air. You can easily circulate the air throughout the room. I use it all night like white noise. I've been doing this for years. So far the only real problem I'm having is that they eventually start breaking and making a grinding/squeaking noise. I use them at least 8 hours a day so it might just be normal wear and tear. My last fan stopped working after about 3 1/2 years so I contacted Vornado to have it fixed or replaced. It took them about a week to reply, although the initial auto reply said they would reply within 2 business days. However, when they contacted me, they were very helpful and started the exchange process. I sent them my address and a photo of my old fan with the model number and chord cut (I guess so they can make sure I didn't steal it). Immediately informed that they have sent a replacement. Delivery took about 5-7 business days. So far I'm happy with the fans and I'm also very happy with the reaction from the support. I definitely recommend it. :)
