I originally bought this fan from Revain in March 2014 and was very happy with it until it suddenly stopped working completely in early June 2018. One morning it just wouldn't turn on. anyway, and that was all. I called Vornado customer service and they just asked me to provide photos of the model and serial number and a photo showing that I had cut the cable and then they sent me a new unit with no problems. The building I work in is a bit dated and they usually turn on the air con at 8am sharp when people are getting ready for work. This fan was mainly used as a bathroom fan. Don't let its small size fool you, this thing is a beast in flight and quite powerful at altitude.
