Review on Vornado CR1 0073 06 Small Whole Circulator by Melissa Morales

I originally bought this fan from Revain in March 2014 and was very happy with it until it suddenly stopped working completely in early June 2018. One morning it just wouldn't turn on. anyway, and that was all. I called Vornado customer service and they just asked me to provide photos of the model and serial number and a photo showing that I had cut the cable and then they sent me a new unit with no problems. Bad news as I understand it. is that the replacement fan took less than a month before it also stopped working and so I am now trying to contact Vornado again to try and get a replacement! By the way, if they send out a replacement, they don't extend the warranty period, so the replacement is only covered for the duration of your original warranty. What does that say about their confidence in the quality? At some point between my original date of purchase and now their quality has dropped drastically so I really can't recommend this product now, although I liked the original fan until it stopped working. .
