Although the unit we received was defective, I believe it was the carrier's fault. When I arrived the box was quite dented. It was fun to play for weeks, except the HDMI cable kept slipping out of the back and some games would crash, eventually everything just shut down and wouldn't work or even turn on at all. I'm sure it must have been an isolated case. Cooperation with the seller was very easy, I return the money quickly. They clearly care about the level of customer service they provide and their willingness to rectify any shortcomings that may arise. But then again I think this will most likely fall to the carrier's lot and/or was just a weird incident.
