I'm pleasantly shocked by how well this product works. It takes some skill to get the right suction. Their website has how to videos and different tricks.very helpful. It should not be painful or leave bruising. If it does, you're doing it wrong or too hard for too long. Short and consistent suction. I have a small mouth so I bought the small. Works great! However, I can't get my lips to stay suctioned in when using it horizontally. I plan to buy a medium but I do still very much like the small. You can do your top and bottom separately. You can even pin point suction on the parts that need more plumping. It does seem to last longer the more you use it. It's great.highly recommend. Just watch videos so you can use it properly.
