My counter is not the same as the photo. Not sure why that is, but not only was it not like the picture, the instructions didn't match the design of this rack at all. After much searching and researching I figured out how to assemble this difficult to assemble item. I wasn't the only person to come across this and luckily there were a few nice people who posted REAL instructions on how to assemble this item. I've bought much better cooling racks from my local bakery that are easy to assemble, durable, and come with clear instructions. My shelf was slightly warped when I received it, so the assembled shelf is not very stable. I would definitely not repurchase this item and I am disappointed that my other brand pans are stronger and better designed. Complete disappointment.
