Amazing in durability and design. It can bear a lot of weight. My problem is assembling it out of the box. The paper diagram does not give correct instructions. However, do not despair. There are black plastic ties at each end. Once you cut them you can put them back together. I've added photos to help those having construction issues. Once it's done you'll love it

It's good quality but it depends on what you use it for. Use it for pies, cakes or cupcakes. I prefer not to use it for cookies because it's a waste of space. this is only my opinion. For biscuits, I use Wilton biscuits with a smaller gap in the center that stack and remove easily. This Betty Crocker is really sturdy but bulky and labor intensive to assemble in the middle of your cupcake or cookie baking. it is very good for cake.

I really like the smart and functional design of this refrigerated counter, especially for a kitchen with limited space like mine. I use this for light baked goods like cookies and croissants. Haven't tried it with heavier items like cakes, but for these just attach racks on either side for support. What I like most is that this shelf can be folded for storage - a smart storage space saver. All around great product design with good build quality. Highly recommend for light baking.

Excellent refrigerated display case! I'll admit a 'pilot error', while assembling it for first use I tried to make it a lot more complicated than it needed to be (instructions were a bit unclear to me until I figured it out - then I felt stupid, how it goes. ). I love that it's fully open on 3 sides for lighter items (cookies), but if you're crafting heavier items you also have the option of a front support. use. I would recommend this shelf to anyone especially those with limited space.

I bought this to hold my baking trays when I remove them from the oven to allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the tray and placing them on a plate, box, etc. However, after I placed the baking sheet on the top two racks, I saw them bow a little. I worried that it wasn't built well to withstand the way I intended to use it. You will need to wait for the cookies/pan to cool down a bit before transferring them to this rack. I love this cooking stand! My husband bought this as a Christmas present but in anticipation of the holidays. He gave it to me early. It's very durable and I love how easy it is to put together!
