The reason your reading this review is because you are looking for a fairly discreet power outlet on your desktop. This one is grounded and works well. 1.75" hole in desk/ table top. Plugs into wall/ power strip. Looks like it belongs there. Works. kungfuking, kungfuking, kungfuking. Ha.

We used this as an outlet for our new built shiplap fireplace so that we can plug in lights etc on the mantle.I love the sleek look, it was very easy to install and we have had no issues with it. Quality seems good.
