I love everything about this software, it's intuitive with minimal learning curve for new users. The support team responds quickly when you have questions or issues that arise during setup/useage etc.. It can be expensive but if used correctly will provide many benefits including ease-of use in collecting data which helps save time so overall more cost savings as well! There isn't much i dislike at present however we do look forward to improvements being made by other partners like SharePoint integrations. We currently run multiple forms through out our organization allowing us accessable across different departments within my org where possible (we also plan on moving towards having 1 central system once complete). Benefits include saving alot of staff hours throughout day daily processings via automating processes such as sending emails reminders regarding surveys completion dates ect; improving accuracy / consistency of information collected over paper survey methods - leading up to greater customer satisfaction! Also improved.
