The ability of having all our trainings in one place is so helpful for us as we have many different staff members across multiple locations who are responsible or should be accountable for their own onboarding process! There aren't really any downsides but I feel like this tool could use some more robust features (such as being able to customize your account).
If you're looking at creating an automated system where everyone can do individual tasks then it's pretty great; however if someone has questions regarding how they've done something before etc., there isn’t much help available unless another employee asks them about it themselves which takes valuable coaching minutes away from other employees/customer interactions. Automated customer service reps using screensteps - saves lots of precious coach-minutes over traditional methods because now customers don't require 2 people when asking question such as "what happens after i click X?".
