Yeah definitely didn’t have any maggot problems because I actually cleaned after my child whenever she was done eating sooo idk what these other reviews are talking about I think they just need to practice more cleaning practices . But the chair was absolutely fine and easy to assemble, my daughter loves her chair and knows when it’s time to eat when she sits down
