Fits my iPhone XR in Otter case

This item holds the phone well and has never fallen out. It needs improvement; When hitting bumps, the phone stand rotates on the base. They should make the connection much tighter. There are two hinges with adjustment knobs between the phone stand and the base. There's no reason for that and I have no idea why they designed it that way. Something to relax. Doesn't add anything to what I see.
