It's light and sturdy for its size and material. The locking mechanism works well for me, unlike other reviewers; Some said they need to open the lid after unlocking it. It seems really airtight. I closed the lid without securing it with an external lock and let it sit upside down a bit, shaking it and not a drop came out. Everything was good. BUT the part of the clamp it attaches to hits my chin every time. They either had to raise their noses or SOMETHING SOMETHING. This is no longer a deal breaker. I seriously considered returning it because of this, but I've learned to deal with it. However, I can't take a sip from the bottle because the clip hits my chin uncomfortably.
