I like how easy it was to create my profile, as well as send emails from there! The customer service has been very helpful in answering any questions I have had about their product. It's not perfect but for me it works perfectly fine. I am having some issues with sending out mass email blasts at one time so you may need more than 1 account if this is something important to your business. Communicating within our organization, we also used it to keep everyone up to date on news articles of interest or changes that happened.
