My battery has never let me down and I'm on the phone all day. It took me a few days to get used to my ear but now I forget to take it off when I leave work. I can hear my calls perfectly and others can hear me without any problems. The only issue I've had is that if you press the button on the headset you'll get a call no problem, but if you answer by touching your phone it defaults to phone and you'll have to struggle to reset bluetooth. so you can hear the call. I don't think this is a problem with the product, it's just the way my iphone works. I'm very satisfied with this product.
