good for gums and has helped me go to the dentist less often
I like that they clean my teeth better than floss. It's lighter and doesn't break because the thread breaks sometimes. Last year I had periodontal surgery and the doctor recommended Proxabrush. Since then I've been using it twice a day between about half my teeth and flossing the remaining teeth that are too close together to even fit in an Ultra Tight Proxbrush. So far I have taken care of my gums, which are healthier than ever.
