My dad is 5’7 about 140lbs. I got him the XS and it fits well. It’s actually pretty big, so it’s more like a jacket then a shirt. I didn’t care for the elastic wrists, but he doesn’t mind. The southwest design is cool and it looks good on him. He’s been wearing it for 2 days in a row, so it must be comfortable.
