I have Mi Band 3 and have already changed the normal band 3 times. I got tired of changing them and got this replacement instead. The strap is great but the strap itself is fabric so it absorbs sweat or whatever. The fabric part will also stretch over time. After about 2 weeks it becomes firm enough not to leave marks on the skin, becomes loose and wobbles. Luckily, it can also be cleaned, which solves both of those problems for me. I put it in a cargo bag, then toss it in the washer and dryer (cold water and normal temperature settings for everyday use) with my clothes every week, and it shrinks back to its original size. Finally, due to the stretch, I would recommend sizing down if you are between sizes or very close to a size larger. According to the size, I was supposed to get a large size, but after 20 minutes, the large size was dangling from my wrist. But Wednesday was just right.
