I've had a true 'Original' Teva pair for literally decades. They finally gave out after one too many washes in the washer-dryer when the layers of the sole began to peel off. The dryer will probably get hot in the adhesives. Ordered a new pair. Disappointing. They call them "Original" but they aren't. The build quality is not the same. They do what many successful brands have done before. They spend years building a reputation for good quality. Then some corporate switch decides to maximize shareholder value, keeps charging quality while lowering the actual quality of the product, and moves production offshore. They look/fit well and will probably be fine for a while so I'm still giving them 3 stars but they aren't the great quality they used to be. I will not remain loyal to the Teva brand in the future. My next purchase will be what is on sale.
