The seller responded immediately. First he requested a refund and at the same time offered me a discount if I wanted to buy a replacement. He then made sure I actually received my refund and both times offered any assistance I might need now or in the future. I have been told not to return damaged cake boxes. His apology was mentioned in both correspondences with me. If I didn't have time to order another cake box from this company the most important thing I would know is that they stand behind their product and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
