I really wanted these! I had to glue the bottom! The video should NOT be fast forwarded. It might work, but on to the next questions. You can fit a 10" cake board at the bottom, but once the center portion is inside with the window, it's concave inward so any cake over 6" touches the sides. NOT what I wanted. The centerpiece fits very snugly and would require two people to hold the base and remove the centerpiece, potentially spoiling the buyer if they aren't careful. I'll be back.

I like that these drawers are tall. The downside is the cost and the fact that duct tape has to be used to hold everything together. You have to lift the whole box to get the ribbon underneath, which is tricky with a heavy cake. Another disadvantage is that the bottom is hollow, so the cake can move even with the drum underneath. I had no problems folding the lid, only watched the video once. In general the box is nice but I will not buy it again because of the price and the design.

The seller responded immediately. First he requested a refund and at the same time offered me a discount if I wanted to buy a replacement. He then made sure I actually received my refund and both times offered any assistance I might need now or in the future. I have been told not to return damaged cake boxes.
