I have been using this headset for 15 months and I really like it. It's comfortable, great sound, great mic quality and I love the flip mic mute feature. The sound wasn't that great before I bought the Sennheiser GSX 1000 Gaming Audio Amplifier, so maybe you should add that cost to the overall price. I have a note. I was going to use my headset today and out of nowhere the stitching on more than half of one ear pad came undone (I'm attaching a picture). I don't use this headset for more than a few hours a week, so this issue cannot be written off as wear and tear. I am currently working with EPOS Global Support to resolve this issue. I will post an update after the warranty process to indicate if customer support resolved the issue and fixed it.
