I initially tried Corozals. They got such great reviews but they just weren't for me. 1) I had a feeling that switching would be a problem. It's like I've traded the security of tall riding boots for less secure footwork. 2) I have small calves and couldn't tighten the Corozals up tight enough. 3) I felt like I had two casts when I tried Walk. The Belize has the same protection, just 2-3 inches shorter. When riding cross country I wear knee/shin pads which will correct any loss of shin guard I would get from the Corozals.
