Very useful and easy to use, use it after every snack and meal

I have gingivitis so keeping my gums healthy is very important to me. I have small gaps between my teeth so I use thinner plaque removers. Although I floss, I use it after every meal because my dentist and hygienist recommended it to me. I'm taking a pack to use after a snack or meal out.
