I ordered this product in high hopes that it would work as intended. After watching the installation video and reading the instructions, I decided to dive in and install mine. I followed the directions for the tee shot and did a test run. No leaks from my toilet or hoses. I tested and turned on Buddy. Water ran out from under the control lever. I shut off the water and reconnected the hose. DOUBLECHECKED ALL MY CONNECTIONS. Device turned on again and the water flowed out. It's not a slow drip leak, the water ran all over my floor. The hose that comes with it is pulled as tight as I can get it. I decided to go to Home Depot and buy a coupler that would match the device. I took the parts and the service guy at the shop put the supplied hose on the unit and he told me everything fit perfectly and there must be a leak. He called another man over to look at the details and then the plumber came and looked at the hose and the mate. He said everything should work fine. If it's leaking, it means something inside. So, after two days of installation and a trip to Home Depot, I find out that I received a defective product. It's a shame because it worked great, it just leaked water everywhere.
