My favorite product but expensive
This product mixes easier than any product I have tried. Very little liquid is required. It is very easy to digest. It's hydrolyzed whey protein, which means it contains far less lactose than traditional brands of whey protein. For me, that doesn't mean bloating, so I switched to hydrolyzed protein. This product has the lowest amount of sodium per scoop (60mg) and very little fat, meaning it gets to your muscles faster. It's expensive, but the same price as smaller competitors.
