phones didn't seem to have echo cancellation. The background noise was as loud as the conversation. The intended users of these phones were my husband's parents as they don't have a landline and he often accidentally ends the call or forgets where he put the phone. I found them too difficult to use and sent them back. They have features they don't need and the mechanics of making calls would confuse them to no end. They need something that mimics more of a desktop interface with simple buttons like "Reply" and "Dial". Here you have to press cell1 or cell2 and I think you had to press it first and then tap and then press something else to send the numbers.
