too expensive, just use 5 x 8 pieces of white pvc paneling. cut it to any size you want.
They work great, save you from drilling holes in your transom, save money and buy a piece of white PVC paneling at your local hardware store, you can get a 5 1/2 x 8 foot piece for $20 and cut to the right length and you still have a nice long piece for another project.
