I used to only give 1 star because it wasn't delivered. THE ERROR WAS UPS. I think the product is ok. I wish it had a tightly woven lambswool head instead of just a fluffy buffy head / buffing my counters. It is very difficult for the elderly to stand sideways to polish the car. In general I will go. Still can't find the Lambswool Head
