Little dry, but super nice and creative!

I love NYX, it’s always been my favorite budget brand.
This eyeliner did not disappoint, it stayed put all day long and was really cool for a lower lash line mascara. It gets a little flaky at the end of the day and it’s really dry, but still relatively easy to take off.

Pros

Not as bright as it looks but still very cute! Got it for my sister who loves color eyeliner

Cons

The eyeliner may smudge easily
