I've been looking for a way to raise the bar a little higher and closer to myself. These orthoses did their job perfectly and my posture became more upright. That's what I wanted, what I wasn't expecting was improved steering performance, which is very cool. When you're parked next to a completely stock bike, it's hard to know a modification has been made. I also liked that I didn't have to remove anything from the steering wheel. All controls, buttons, mirrors, etc. can remain in place. All you have to do is unclip the plastic clip that holds the pair of cables and electrical wires to the poles. Now they hang freely, which is perfectly acceptable, since the bars are raised, they have nothing to rub and damage. Order with confidence, they are very carefully finished and the chrome is perfectly smooth.
