The user interface is easy to use for anyone without technical background; it's also one-stop solution that will help you answer all your questions about Security Token Offering in general as well as specific aspects like security token structure design or KYC/AML compliance requirements etc.; there are no major downsides so far but I am sure someone might have some other ideas which can be solved by adding features / functions later - this would make the product even better! Nothing atm, everything works fine though we haven't used any new functionality since our first tests back then more than 2 years ago.
