Does NOT remove sulphates but improves the taste of the wine
This is a great product that 'softens' the wine taste but let me assure anyone that has used it 5 times and here at 5am I have a stabbing headache in the morning after drinking red wine yesterday, it doesn't remove sulfates. And no device can do that. To eliminate sulfates, consider drinking lighter wines like pinot or white wine. Nevertheless, the purchase is worthwhile. Just check your expectations in advance.
