If you are purchasing this mount for the 2021 Gladiator, be prepared to visit your local hardware store. The mounting screws that came with the brackets I received were mis-threaded and worse, stainless steel countersunk heads. The holes on the brackets are slotted, not countersunk, so the countersunk heads on the mounting screws still don't seat properly. They should include mounting screws with a black knob and the correct thread pitch. In addition, cushion pads require a lot of trimming. They were only roughly regular in shape, and almost none of the holes matched the holes in the brackets. But poking it in with a razor pocket knife did that. Once fitted they look awesome! It is a pity, however, that the manufacturer did not ensure that the mounting material was correct from the start.
