Great headphones and great service!

UPDATE: This company stands behind their products! The company saw my review and contacted me to send a replacement! The new pair arrived in a few days and work fantastic! My 5 year old daughter says she loves them and they are amazing! She is so happy with them! Thank you to the company for taking the trouble to look into this. They have fantastic customer service and you've gained a customer for life! Short on a set: I ordered 2 of these and one works and the other has been missing since it arrived. It will work but as soon as you move it it will be static and turn off. A lot of time has passed since the order, so I never contacted the company.
