Firstly it is very expensive and secondly the customer service is awful. When I first purchased this product I was given a phone number to call for technical support. After 20 minutes I was told that they could not assist me because I was using Windows XP (which VisualDNA does not support) and I should upgrade to Vista. I spent another 10 minutes explaining that I didn't have a Vista license and that I was still on XP. Finally I was told that I would have to purchase a new licence for the software and the price for this was $1000! After all this I was told that I could access the support forums. These forums are not searchable, you cannot copy and paste text from the forums into a document, you cannot attach images, you cannot use Microsoft Office and you cannot upload any type of media. I contacted them via Skype and explained my situation and asked for the price of upgrading my version. I was told that the upgrade cost would be $1500. When I questioned this figure, I was told that it was the 'current' price and that I couldn't get a refund unless I bought the software.
