VisualDNA Review

I like that it is easy for you as an employee or customer, because of its simplicity in use! It's not very difficult at all if used correctly (which we have). The only thing i dislike about this program was how long took them too make changes after our first purchase with no notification until they were forced by us due t his issue so therefore nothing changed from what has been said prior - which made me think there are some issues going around within your team when making decisions regarding

I love that we can learn about ourselves through this tool, it’s very informative! The best part is they are always adding new features so there isn't anything you don;t like if something was removed from an older version of VDNA then i imagine its not being used anymore or maybe just discontinued by them which would be sad since I do think some things could use updating but overall great product!! Firstly it is very expensive and secondly the customer service is awful. When I first purchased this product I was given a phone number to call for technical support. After 20 minutes I was told that they could not assist me because I was using Windows XP (which VisualDNA does not support) and I should upgrade to Vista.
