My eyes are very sensitive, so I can't watch TV with the lights off. It's the perfect brightness to have enough light in the room so it doesn't bother my eyes when I turn off all other lights and watch TV. It is very easy to install, comes without a remote control and takes about 15 minutes. goes out when the TV is switched off.
